I've just ordered some items, when should I expect to recieve it?
Please allow up to 24 hours for us to post your parcel. However, generally we endeavour to post your item on the same business day of purchase if ordered within business hours. Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed and sent Monday morning. We use Australia Post for all Australian orders which offers postage guidelines - click here to view them. Once your order has been posted, we will email you your tracking details and confirmation of shipping.
Uh oh, My item is not right! What do I do now?
We understand that not all items will be right. We are happy to offer you an exchange or refund on your product within 7 (business) days from your items arrival. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for more information.

Am I able to exchange an online item in your store?
Yes! We love meeting our customers so please if you have purchased an item and want to exchange it then come on in and say hello and we will do our very best to help you find something you love!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we sure do! We offer international shipping through Australia Post. We charge a flat rate of $25. Please do check your specific customs and taxes in the country you are located in for any extra charges you may be faced with. We will not be held responsible for any extra charges that you may be charged. We do not allow international orders to be returned or exchanged.
