I've just ordered some items, when should I expect to recieve it? 

If your order was placed by 2pm AEST then it will be processed and sent the same day Monday to Friday. If placed after 2pm on weekdays, your item(s) will be sent in the next day delivery. Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed and sent Monday morning. We use Australia Post for all Australian orders which offers postage guidelines - click here to view them. 

Uh oh, My item is not right! What do I do now?

We understand that not all items will be right. Please email us at hello@baisemain.com.au within 15 days in order to be eligible for a refund or an exchange. We will explain how to move forward but you will be required to post back the item at your own cost and once received, then you will be either approved for a refund or exchange if your items are within the Terms and Conditions we require.

Am I able to exchange an online item in your store?

Yes! We love meeting our customers so please if you have purchased an item and want to exchange it then come on in and say hello and we will do our very best to help you find something you love! 

What is your return policy? 

We are happy to provide a refund or exchange for all items within 15 days from date of purchase. All products must be in their original condition, packaging and have all tags still in tact. Once the items have been received, we will inform you of your approval for a refund or exchange. You will be required to cover your own cost of shipping us back any products for refund or exchange.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we sure do! We offer international shipping through Australia Post. We will need you to email us your licence or other form of identification prior to us shipping your items for security purposes. Once you have been approved, we will ship your items and inform you of the shipping time depending on where you are located. We will not be held responsible for any extra charges that you may be charged by customs.
